Introduction of Program | Aix-Marseille University (AMU) is one of the Europe’s most renowned law schools. The LL.M. in European Business Law is a Master's level law degree, created in 1997, taught entirely in English. More than 500 students from over 50 countries have been welcomed up to now. |
Highlights | Over 200 hours : Comparative European Legal Systems, European Litigation, European Constitutional Law, European Commercial Law, European Company Law, European Competition Law, European Social Law, European Taxation Law, European External Relations, International Arbitration. 1 intensive French module. A dissertation is prepared between April and the end of June. A one-week training module in Luxembourg and Brussels to visit European institutions (Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, European Commission, Council of the Union, Economic and Social Committee, Committee of the Regions, European Parliament in Brussels). After March 31, possible to do an optional internship. |
Entry Requirements | Students must hold a degree equivalent to a French Master 1 in Law (four years of law studies). |
